Dr. Andrew Creppin

Dr. Creppin graduated from the University of Ottawa and then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Creppin is also a certified Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider and is Smart Tools certified.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. Creppin always had passion for education and athletics. During his undergraduate years he played Division I and CIS hockey, and while in high school he played in the CCHL. His involvement in sports throughout most of his life helped him foster his love for rehabilitation and see the importance of taking care of your own body.
Dr. Creppin practices an individualized, evidenced-based and functional approach. He provides a combination of treatment techniques to benefit a wide range of patients and conditions. His treatments include personalized plans including passive care, functional rehabilitation and patient education. Dr. Creppin’s goal is to have his patients live their lives pain free and to their fullest potential.
Outside the clinic you can find Dr. Creppin exploring the Ottawa dog parks with his Australian shepherds, playing pick-up hockey, or tennis. He spends most of his weekends off in the summer enjoying the outdoors hiking or spending time at his cottage.

Nutritionist
Beth’s work focuses on balance by supporting the body through a whole foods, plant based approach. She believes that optimal nutrition and lifestyle can support and ease any pain, disease or discomfort that limits one from feeling their best self. She works one on one with clients to create an individualized, delicious nutrition plan that allows for a deeper love of food and its connection to overall health.
After struggling to maintain a healthy connection with food, and feeling limited by her body, Beth studied Holistic Nutrition at CSNN in Ottawa to better educate herself on all aspects of health.
She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and joined Healing House. Beth specializes in many aspects of nutrition, from digestive, gut and hormonal health. She is also certified in Mindful and Regulated eating where she works to help clients understand the connection between mind and diet.
Beth seeks to create a safe space for her clients, to feel heard and understood about their struggles and experiences in their own health journey.
