Always wanted to do a cycle tour?

Join the WIT Rideau Lakes Team to complete the century (100km) route from Perth to Kingston on Saturday, June 10 and back home on Sunday. We’ll make sure you are confident and ready to enjoy the ride from start to finish!

What’s included …

  • Outdoor group rides (weekly, Thursday @ 5:30pm + 3 long weekend rides): Training rides led by our fitness team (50-70km).
  • Yoga for cyclists (weekly, Sunday @ 3:45 pm w/ Hannah): Yoga classes tailored to the body of a cyclist, ensuring you never miss a training day.
  • Any WIT Class (weekly): Choose the class that fits your training needs. Whether it’s more cardio on the bike or mobility and strength in Barre, you get to decide.
  • Training Guide (8-week training guide): Not sure when to train your hardest or when to start tapering? Our training guide will ensure you’re training the right amount and at the right time. You’ll also know exactly how much cross-training and stretching you should build into your weekly routine.
  • Optional Nutritional Guide (8-week): Your training is only half the battle of getting you ready for the summer. That’s why we’ve included a nutritional guide to help you eat healthy, carb load when needed and get creative with the recipes you whip up! Your nutritional guide was created in collaboration with Elizabeth Klenavic, Registered Holistic Nutritionist. 
  • Team Chat: Join our Rideau Lakes Facebook group to interact with your fellow participants, get updates and keep your motivation high.
