Olivia Crossman

Cycle Teacher

In 2015, Olivia moved back home to Ottawa from Kingston to discover that her long-lost childhood friend and neighbour, Sarah Thompson, had co-founded a barre studio in her new neighbourhood.

After years of struggling to find a workout routine she could stick to, Olivia fell in love with barre, primarily because of the amazing community. The added bonus was that, by strengthening her core, she solved her back pain caused by years of crouching over books and keyboards.

When the studio added a cycle space, Olivia found it was the ideal cardio-intensive complement to barre. Olivia loves to sweat, so once she became known for showing new clients around the studio (despite not being on staff…), she figured it was time to make it official as a cycle teacher!

Olivia knows how to get students to hit their best average watts by blasting the perfect pop song. In her free time, Olivia is a lawyer who loves to ski, hike, bike, and tell people about the time she got on stage at a Shania Twain concert.
