Join us for an 8-week intensive kettlebell and weight training series and see results that you’ll be proud of. This spring program will push you to your limits with kettlebells, weight training, spin, yoga and a nutritional plan for fat cell loss and muscle development.

What’s included …

  • Kettlebell Shred Class (weekly, Tuesdays @ 6:45am): This kettlebell class is designed to build muscle, power and agility while burning maximum calories and pushing you to your limits.
  • Kettlebell Shred Freestyle (weekly): Leo sets you up with the exercises and clear video instruction so you can replicate the kettlebell shred on your own in our state-of-the-art weight room.
  • Any WIT Class (weekly): Choose the class that fits your training needs. Whether it’s more cardio on the bike or mobility and strength in Barre, you get to decide.
  • Training Guide (8-week training guide): Not sure when to train your hardest or when to start tapering? Our training guide will ensure you’re training the right amount and at the right time. You’ll also know exactly how much cross-training and stretching you should build into your weekly routine.
  • Optional Nutritional Guide (8-week): Your training is only half the battle of getting you ready for the summer. That’s why we’ve included a nutritional guide to help you eat healthy, carb load when needed and get creative with the recipes you whip up! Your nutritional guide was created in collaboration with Elizabeth Klenavic, Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
  • Team Chat: Join our Facebook Kettlebell Shred group to interact with your fellow participants, get updates and keep your motivation high.
