Barre

Looking for all level, alignment based, full body workout? Our barre classes have you covered with six different styles of classes depending on your fitness goals.

    1. Dailey Barre – all level The Dailey Method 55-minute barre class. The cueing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. Ideal to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.
    2. Dailey Express – 45 minute barre class – similar format as a Dailey Barre class but moves at a slightly quicker pace. Designed to help students get a great workout in less time.
    3. Restore & Rebuild Barre – 45-60 minute alignment focused, slower paced, but still challenging barre experience. This class is great for those who are new to barre or want to go deeper in their practice.
    4. Candlelit Barre – 45-55 minute special barre class done in candlelight to give yourself and your body some gratitude. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.
    5. Dailey Barre + Aromatherapy – 45-55 minute barre class done with aromatherapy scents to open, relax, uplift and invigorate you. Arrive as you are and leave feeling calm, restored and at peace. This class is good for all levels.
    6. Dailey Barre + Props – 45-55 minute barre class done with the addition of all our props. Level up your practice by using our hand weights, pilates ball, resistance bands & yoga strap. This class is good for all levels.

RIDE

Looking for indoor cycle classes or spin? We’ve got you covered with five different ride types depending on your fitness goals and musical preferences. All rides take you on a journey of fun, sweat and connection where you enjoy moving to beat driven music while strengthening your heart, lungs, mind and body.

  1. Ride at WIT – fun, pumping music, choreography, connection
  2. I Want to Go Fast – HIIT style interval sprints, cardio strength, maximum calorie burn
  3. Epic Climb – muscular strength and muscle tone
  4. The Long Ride – endurance training, cycle tour cross-training
  5. Music Based Themed Rides – ride to your favourite music with choreo, pumping bass

WEIGHT ROOM

  1. STRENGTH @ WIT – Target your upper body (arms & shoulders) OR lower body (glutes & thighs) and abs with weight training and dynamic functional exercises. Plus, boost your fat burn with blasts of HIIT cardio. Push your neighbour, push yourself… get results!
  2. FULL BODY STRENGTH @ WIT – Target ALL major muscle groups with a weight training session built around  compound, dynamic and functional exercises. Plus, boost your fat burn with blasts of HIIT cardio. Push your neighbour, push yourself… get results!

HIIT @ WIT

30 minutes and you’re done! Quick blasts of cardio (20-50 seconds) followed by a short recovery. Our dynamic exercises include body weight, TRX, functional training, machines and weights. This HIIT formula has been proven to give you the fastest results… fat burn, better cardio, improved strength, agility and more.

Thrive…

This beat driven, high intensity, mat-based class is a true moving meditation that will clear your mind and leave you at peace. Through repetitive barre and plyometric endurance exercises you are able to push your body past where you think it can go to release the mind. Come in with an open mind, let your body be an instrument for movement and discover what you are capable of.

Yoga

Slow Flow & Yin YogaEase into movement with a gentle flow to warm your body, then shift to restorative stretches to release tension. Build balance and flexibility for both body and mind. 

Yin Yoga for Recovery Connect with your breath, stretch it out, and recover to the soft sounds of live acoustic guitar. This class combines shorter holds with active stretches to help you unwind, rebuild flexibility, and slow down both mind and body.

Yin Yoga + Aromatherapy – Relax and restore with passive postures and stretches to improve flexibility and release tension. Aromatherapy scents enhance this calming practice, leaving you feeling refreshed and at peace.

Mindful Release

This class uses meditation, connective tissue hydration techniques, self-massage, passive & active stretching, breath work and body awareness to improve mobility and flexibility while rehabilitating & releasing the body.
