Gareth believes great training starts with feeling comfortable, supported, and understood. His approach is warm and personal, focused on helping clients build something realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable. He welcomes questions and takes the time to explain the “why” behind everything you’re doing, so you always feel confident in the process.

A University First Team All-Star in soccer with a background in hockey, tennis and multiple sports, Gareth has always been into fitness. He built his own training company in Toronto over the last seven years, working with c-suite clients; earning 25+ five-star reviews. He has recently returned to Ottawa to offer the same level of care and attention.

His approach combines rehab, resistance training, cardio, and nutrition/supplementation in simple, science-based programming. Many of the biggest wins come from addressing underlying movement issues, often in the knees, ankles, shoulders, hips, and back. The goal is simple: help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best long term.
