Sarah grew up competing in high-performance volleyball, where strength, mobility, and injury prevention were essential to staying at the top of her game. That foundation sparked a lifelong interest in effective movement and functional training. It wasn’t until she found herself working long hours at a desk that she truly understood the importance of consistent movement and building a body that can support you through every stage of life.
After joining Where I Thrive three years ago, she watched her body change in ways she didn’t expect. She became stronger, more capable, and more confident. Now, she’s committed to giving that experience back to the Thrive community.
Her classes focus on building functional strength, improving mobility, and developing muscular endurance. She encourages members to lift with intention, challenge their limits, and build strength that carries into everyday life. Her goal is to help people feel powerful in the gym, prevent injuries outside of it, and create long-term results they can feel and see.
