  • Unlimited Drop-In AccessEnjoy the gym any time during business hours (7 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for your personal workouts.  
  • Group Fitness Classes: You can book up to 3 instructor-led classes per week, including Barre, Yoga, and Strength Training. Class Schedule is available on our WebApp
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: From stationary bikes to weight machines, we’ve got you covered for a variety of workouts.
  • Towel Service: for your convenience, our change rooms are fully equipped with towels and shower products.

GROUP FITNESS SCLASS SCHEDULE

All group fitness classes are 60 minutes, include a warm up and cool down, and are lead by qualified and experienced instructors.

  • Yoga: Tuesdays at 5:00 PM A calming yet invigorating class that combines stretching, mindfulness, and core-strengthening poses for all levels.
  • Barre Express: Wednesdays at 12 PM A full-body, alignment-focused workout for all levels, with modifications provided. Perfect your form before layering on movement and keep your practice both refined and challenging.
  • Strength Training: Thursday 12 PM A high-energy class focusing on building muscle, improving endurance, and increasing overall strength.
