Personal Trainer

Daniella (she/they) is a Trauma-Informed Certified Personal Trainer. As a Trauma-Informed CPT, her approach to coaching is rooted in accessibility, vulnerability and sustainability. Daniella’s mission is to create an environment where growth feels attainable and fun for clients and members. She believes that health is a skill that can be invested in and cultivated over time. Health is a fantastic investment and at its best, learning to be stronger and healthier is a fascinating and fun experience. Daniella has benefited from excellent coaching that has enriched her life and sharing this enrichment with others has become a passion of hers. Together we will collaborate on a program that’s unique to your needs and long-term goals. In her opinion, training in the gym should help you do things outside of the gym – whether in a sport or allowing you to perform everyday tasks with ease.

Daniella was a competitive swimmer for 12 years and transitioned to recreational long-distance running and cycling. In 2020 she started working with a strength coach and was inspired to start her career in the fitness industry due to the transformation that intentional strength training and the mindset changes it brought had on her life inside and outside the gym. Her training style focuses on increasing strength in all directions, creating strong, athletic and impressive people of all ages who are more resilient and expanding their vitality all the time.
