Barre
Looking for all level, alignment based, full body workout? Our barre classes have you covered with four different styles of classes depending on your fitness goals.
- Dailey Barre – all level The Dailey Method 55-minute barre class. The cueing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. Ideal to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.
- Dailey Express – 45 minute barre class – similar format as a Dailey Barre class but moves at a slightly quicker pace. Designed to help students get a great workout in less time.
- Restore & Rebuild Barre – 45-60 minute alignment focused, slower paced, but still challenging barre experience. This class is great for those who are new to barre or want to go deeper in their practice.
- Candlelit Barre – 45-55 minute special barre class done in candlelight to give yourself and your body some gratitude. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.

RIDE
Looking for indoor cycle classes or spin? We’ve got you covered with four different ride types depending on your fitness goals and musical preferences. All rides take you on a journey of fun, sweat and connection where you enjoy moving to beat driven music while strengthening your heart, lungs, mind and body.
- Ride at WIT – fun, pumping music, choreography, connection

WEIGHT ROOM

HIIT @ WIT
30 minutes and you’re done! Quick blasts of cardio (20-50 seconds) followed by a short recovery. Our dynamic exercises include body weight, TRX, functional training, machines and weights. This HIIT formula has been proven to give you the fastest results… fat burn, better cardio, improved strength, agility and more.

Thrive…
This beat driven, high intensity, mat-based class is a true moving meditation that will clear your mind and leave you at peace. Through repetitive barre and plyometric endurance exercises you are able to push your body past where you think it can go to release the mind. Come in with an open mind, let your body be an instrument for movement and discover what you are capable of.

Yoga
We offer a variety of yoga classes, from yin yoga (a deeply relaxing and restorative practice that allows your body to open and release through holding passive postures and stretches), to Sunrise Yoga (a gentle practice that works up to deeper stretches, giving you the tools you need to feel nourished and ready for the day), to Reset & Recharge Yoga (a focus on elongating the spine and opening up through the chest, shoulders and hips). These are all great classes to improve flexibility and address tight muscles while unwinding.

RIDE at WIT
Experience a deep connection with your community and the moment by moving and working together through choreography, electronic dance music and pumping bass. Experience a balanced mix of drills from strength focused climbs, to challenging endurance tracks or anaerobic all out sprints. I WANT TO GO FAST
Maximize your cardio strength by working in the breathless heart rate zones four and five (anaerobic training). The “I Want to GO Fast” format is true interval HIIT style training. By focusing mainly on seated and standing sprints, you’ll break through your fitness plateau, boosting your cardiovascular strength and pushing your anaerobic threshold. Speed on the bike creates a unique opportunity to maximize your cardio training with NO impact on your joints. With so much speed, you’ll also maximize your in-the-moment calorie burn and develop more fast-twitch muscle fibers. THE EPIC CLIMB
Maximize your muscular strength and muscle tone by deepening the burn in your thighs and glutes. Picture your favourite outdoor climb and battle your way to the top while you embrace the deep burn in your muscles and heart. By focusing mainly on challenging your muscles through heavy resistance we’ll strengthen and tone while building your cardiovascular strength and endurance. Climbing on the indoor bike creates a unique opportunity where you don’t have to go find a challenging hill, but instead decide how steep and long your hill is at any moment of your ride. With so much challenge to your muscles, you’ll maximize your post-ride calorie burn and boost your metabolism (muscles keep burning calories after your workout). THE LONG RIDE
Maximize your mind and body’s endurance and tap into the hardest to burn calories. Training for an upcoming bike tour or grand fondo or just want to improve your endurance? This is your ride! The Long Ride lets you get the benefits of a more efficient system without having to push your heart or muscles to their limits. You will be challenged by working in the endurance zone (aerobic) for long stretches instead of intense bursts of exertion followed by recoveries (i.e. endurance training instead of interval training). Appreciate the increased mental conditioning and tolerance to lactic acid from The Long Ride. Take advantage of our state-of-the-art bikes to track your rides (watts, avg watts, cadence and calories burnt). Riders enjoy a variety of music. Class length – 45 min

MUSIC BASED THEMED RIDES
While strengthening their hearts, lungs, minds and bodies, riders enjoy moving to music of a specific theme from Taylor Swift to The Killers, or from 90’s hip hop to Disney hits! Instead of focusing on their stats, riders experience a deep connection with their fellow music lovers and the moment as they move together through choreography, music and pumping bass.
